Vobble Headphones Refund and Replacement

Vobble Headphones are covered by a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The damage or defect is not due to misuse, neglect, or alteration by the customer.

  • The claim is made within the 1-year warranty period.

  • Proof of purchase, including receipt or invoice, is provided.

Subscriptions/Plans Refund Policy

All subscription/plan purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or plans once they are purchased. However, we value the flexibility of our customers; therefore:

  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.
