Account Deletion on Vobble

This page details the steps you can take to delete your Vobble account, by Avie Vinson Entertainment Limited.

Option 1: Delete via the App

  1. Open Vobble App and log in with your credentials.
  2. Tap on your profile avatar located in the top left corner.
  3. On your profile page, select the "Account" option.
  4. Within the account section, tap on "Delete My Account".
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your decision by selecting "Yes" or "Confirm".
  6. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number/email for verification.
  7. Enter the received OTP to authenticate your deletion request.
  8. Upon successful OTP verification, your account will be deleted.

Option 2: Delete via Email

  1. Write an email to allears@vobble.fun.
  2. In your email, include necessary details such as your registered username or phonenumber address.
  3. Put "Request for Account Deletion" in the email subject.
  4. Our team will process your request and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Option 3: Delete Only Data

Data Deletion

  • Write an email to allears@vobble.fun.

    • Describe us if you want to delete your data example - Profiles, History, etc. without account deletion, We'll delete it within 2-3 working days, Upon successful deletion of your account, all data associated with your account including your profile information, playlists, and activity history will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. However, anonymized data for analytical purposes will be retained and not linked to your personal identity, The retention period for this data is 7 days.

    Remember, deleting your account is an irreversible process.
